IBG LEGAL may collect the following data: full name, date and place of birth, gender, address, email, landline phone, mobile phone, handwritten signature, photograph, current employment, religion, illnesses, conditions, political party or political preferences, ideology, tax data such as tax address and Federal Taxpayer Registry number (RFC), as well as data related to the location where a service related to those promoted and offered by the site is intended to be provided, and financial data such as bank account information, credit and/or debit card information, and payment methods if necessary and requested in the payment process by the customer. Within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) business days, we will attend to your request and inform you about its validity through the email from which the request comes. The legal framework applicable to this request is found in Chapter IV of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data (articles 28 to 35), in Chapter VII Sections I to V of the Regulations of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data (articles 92 to 111), and in the Privacy Notice Guidelines Twenty-fifth, Twenty-eighth, Twenty-ninth, and Thirtieth.

In the event of a merger, sale, joint venture, global assignment of assets and liabilities, or other corporate operation, your data will be controlled by the company resulting from such corporate operation, for the same purposes as those specified here (unless (i) we agree otherwise with you, or (ii) it is required by applicable legislation).
